Your website is the first place a serious buyer, seller or borrower checks you out. So we rebuilt our website designs from the ground up: three new designs for agents and teams, a new design for loan officers, and one settings screen that runs all of them.
The three agent designs run from day to night, so you can pick the light that fits your brand: bright Daybreak, warm Golden Hour and dark, cinematic Nocturne. Keystone is built for loan officers. The screenshots below were captured from our template sites this week; the names, numbers, reviews and listings in them are sample content, not real clients.
DaybreakClean, bright and modern. The everyday workhorse.
Golden HourWarm editorial luxury: serif type, gold accents, dusk-lit photos.
NocturneOur new flagship for top producers. Dark and cinematic.

Daybreak: clean, bright and built to convert

LiveBuyers Daybreak is the design most agents will start with. It is light, quick to read and puts the two things visitors came for right in the hero: a home search bar and a clear way to ask what their home is worth.
- A hero that works. Your headline, your service area and a Buy / Sell search bar, with shortcuts to “What is my home worth?”, “How buying works” and “Selling with me”.
- Your track record, stated plainly. Homes sold, years in real estate, your client rating and when you are available, in one band.
- Clear paths for buyers and sellers. Every page ends with a real person to talk to.
- A home value form, client reviews and your latest articles, right on the home page.

Golden Hour: warm editorial luxury

LiveBuyers Golden Hour takes the same pages and gives them a dusk-lit magazine feel: serif capitals, a gold script accent, full-bleed photography and large watermark words behind each section. It suits agents whose brand leans upscale but who still want a bright, welcoming site.
- A centered, cinematic hero with your search bar and, on IDX sites, a quick bar for community search, map search and home value.
- Arched service cards for buying, selling and home value.
- A reviews section that reads like a quote in a magazine.
- Photo-led community pages for the neighborhoods you know best.

Nocturne: our new flagship for top producers

LiveBuyers Nocturne is for the agent whose name is the brand. It is near-black, with a cinematic film-style video hero, your name set in thin capitals and fine champagne lines throughout. It is quiet on purpose: the photography and your record do the talking.
- Your name, front and center, over a cinematic video hero, with an optional rankings line beneath it.
- Your story beside your numbers. A short statement and your bio sit next to a quiet stack of your track record, plus two headline figures you choose.
- A “Recently sold” reel of tall cinematic cards, with the full sold gallery on your About page.
- An “As featured in” press bar for the publications that have covered you.

The Private Office
The Private Office is an invitation on your site for buyers and sellers to register for pre-market and off-market homes. Switch it on and its form sets itself up, then sends each inquiry to you by email and by text.

Two reading modes
Long pages can stay dark from top to bottom (“All Night”), or keep the dark frame and set the reading pages on ivory (“Night & Day”). Nocturne is also built for speed and readability, with self-hosted fonts and text contrast checked under real brokerage colors.

Nocturne is available now.Book a demo or ask your LiveBuyers rep, and we will walk you through it. For more on high-end design, see our luxury real estate websites page.
Keystone: a website made for loan officers

Loan officers need a different site from agents, so LiveBuyers Keystone is its own design, built to hold the whole loan conversation together. It leads with an Apply Now button that goes to your application and shows the disclosures loan officers need: your NMLS number, your company’s NMLS number and the states you are licensed in.

Five in-depth loan guides, now on every Keystone site
Every Keystone site now carries in-depth guides to Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and Jumbo loans, plus a Reverse Mortgage page. The FHA guide, for example, covers who qualifies, what it costs, when it makes sense and how it compares, and every guide ends with frequently asked questions written so Google can read them.

Around the guides you get mortgage calculators, a step-by-step home-loan journey, several ways to get in touch, lender color schemes, and a text to your phone for every new lead.
Pro Settings: one screen for everything your site says about you
All of the agent designs run from the same screen, called Pro Settings. You fill it in once and it updates everywhere that detail appears: headers and footers, page titles, the information shown in search results, and the structured data Google reads.

The tabs cover everything a visitor might look for:
Colors that match your brand
Pick a designer scheme, start from your brokerage’s colors (presets include RE/MAX, Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Sotheby’s International Realty, Compass and eXp Realty), or enter your own brand color. Button text contrast is worked out for you, so a button stays readable whatever color you choose, and you can set the page tone to warm, neutral or cool. The brokerage presets are simply color starting points and do not imply any affiliation.

The Distinction tab (Nocturne)
Nocturne sites get an extra tab for the details top producers want to show: a rankings line under your name, two headline figures of your choice (for example “31 · Sales above $10M”), notable sales (with a photo, the address or “Private residence”, the area, the price or “Undisclosed”, the side you represented and an off-market flag), press mentions, the Private Office and the reading mode.

Built into every new agent site
Daybreak, Golden Hour and Nocturne share the same pages and the same features. These are live on all three today.
Clickable area maps
Show the neighborhoods, towns, counties or ZIP codes you serve on a clickable map drawn from official boundaries, available for all 50 states and Washington, D.C. The map is styled in your colors, and each area opens its own community page with live listings.

Home search on your own domain
With IDX turned on, visitors search homes on your site, not a portal. Listing pages are written so Google can index them, with descriptions and structured data, and the search bar sits right in your hero. When a visitor registers on the home search, with their email or with Google or Facebook, that lead is copied into your site’s own lead inbox and notifications. Read more about IDX websites from LiveBuyers.

Everything else, already done
And every design is built for the phone in your client’s hand.

Switch designs without rebuilding
Because Daybreak, Golden Hour and Nocturne share the same pages and the same Pro Settings, an agent site can switch between them without starting over. Your pages, content and settings carry over, and we have proven it with real switch tests. Start with Daybreak today and move to Golden Hour or Nocturne when you are ready. (Loan-officer sites use Keystone.)

Common questions

Yes. LiveBuyers Nocturne is available now. Book a demo or ask your LiveBuyers rep and we will walk you through it.
Do the new sites include IDX home search?

Can my site use my brokerage's colors?
Yes. The Colors tab in Pro Settings includes presets based on major brokerages' colors, designer schemes and a custom brand color option, and button text contrast is worked out automatically. The presets are color starting points only and do not imply any affiliation.
What do loan officers get with Keystone?
